Last day of 2010

When time flies we never realise till its the last day, minute or seconds left in ur life..
Today is the last day of 2010 hv u treasured or hv special memories of any moments this whole year??? Did u love it or hate it??

ironically i hv a love hate sensation to this interesting yet eventful year :)

2. I knw a group of wonderful inspiration n positive energy friends
3. I hv learnt hw impt it is to set goals
4. experienced how this goals increased my SWB
5. Discovered my very own "red carpet" n am amzazed at where it has brought me to
6. experienced hw pure honesty n sincerity bring abt many gd times
7. Discovered how to choose who are ur real friends can lead to less sadness, anger n frustrations.
8. I passed my exams and ready to take on the next semester

So far i can remember these... If more i may add i will edit this by tml
Sad times of 2010 i dun wish to list as i am choosing not to remember them.. Letting it pass n fogotten.

Its her birthday and she is lucky enuff that i saw this recipe on TV the day before meeting her.. and so i made it for her.. the very first person to taste my creation ^_^

Before the cake is being displayed, we were introduced by Sweetie to this wonderful dinner..

but i am not regretting it.. however its pretty entertaining.. and i am starting to understand y the majority seems addicted to this phone..

This blog looks abandoned.. oops... well its been hectic even after my exams... my week of supposed "nothingness" turns out the direct opposite direction.. zzz

today i finally get to update soemthing fresh!!

the pass few months i have been eager learner cook... here are a few pictures of stuff i created so far...

-- 3 Course Dinner--

1) Mango Prawn Salad with Mayo dressing

2) Mash Potatoes with butter, salt, pepper and paprika

3) Cheesy Steak

I did this sandwich on one of the week ends taken from a recipe book... 

The filling includes, mashed egg, apple cubes, walnuts mixed in mayo

the top is add with mozzerella cheese and bacon..

recipe shows cheese with anchovee which i do not like.. so i modify.. keke

and it was a huge success... super filling and yummy!! thinking of it... i feel like doing this again... *drools*

Lastly: I am so ready to welcome 2011

preordered this dairy that came in early.. it was so adorable that i hope i can use it soon!! its perfect for what i need in my planning for the coming year and no excuse for me to get lazy not incorporating what i have learnt...

Feasting~

The lack of updates shows the lack of motivation to be blogging lately..in simple words... "L.A.Z.Y".. but its the time of year again where its time to hit the books.. apart from doing all that mugging.. i have been feasting.. (wad's new?!) going out and about... driving around any opportunity i get.. shopped conventionally and online.. making serious plans for my future..  returning back to the star academy after my exams.. i missed the team loads!! its been mths... gonna take up courses to complement my plans ^_^

out of the frustrating times in my road to life.... i am still loving every bits of it... knowing what i can accomplish means alot... will do an update after my exams... in the mean time...

yesterday was my brother's birthday.. therefore we went to get him his favorite Macadamia Truffle cake from Amara Hotel.. he has been in love with this cake since my 21st bday party.. haha

recently i have been watching Foodnetwork Asia on starhub cable tv.. till i got influenced by how fun it is to cook~ so i have planned a few things i wanna try to do too... below are 2 pictures of mini pizza i made a few days back..

 over the weekend.. i made my very own cheesy pasta with brocoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and snapper fillet... but didnt take any pictures on that.. hee.. will do so when i make them again.. cuz its yummeh~ ^_^

Lastly: its my coaching self discovery package which i got so hooked on ever since i was introduced to Anthony Robbins! and it arrived grandly today!!

i saw the methods he used on his show "Breakthrough" and its very insightful. i did a little research and found his works widely used and shared. i downloaded the trial version of his first session.. and i know i wanna know more.. so i bought it with great assistance from the customer service "Kay" who took my orders seriously through email and shipped it in for me ♥
