Quiche is one of my favorite pies..
it was originated somewhere in Europe and with an oven its worth trying to make one..
its not hard to make.
especially when i do not need to do the crust myself..
I am grateful that there are ready made short crust selling in cold storage.. and all i need to concentrate on are what fillings i am going to put in them..
The Short Crust pre baked
grated cheese was added at the bottom of the crust..
ingredients added are
Spinach, Ham and Mushroom (cooked in advance)
followed by adding the creamy filling that binds it all together..
and off to bake!
it turned out pretty!
we will need to cool the quiche abit before eating otherwise we will be eating chawanmushi instead.. keke
tadah! the final product and i am elated about it...
