while knowing how long i have ignored this blog... haha i went through some fotos on my Iphone that i have not uploaded therefore created this entry to show my sincerity of a few worthy ones.
This is coco, my unker's pet dog.. i went to his hse and was eating cupcakes made by my cousin, and here is coco standing up just for me and to beg me for some~ sadly i was not allowed to give her any.. awww
this is lil' Lovell, all ready for CNY~ keke credits to her mom <> she sent me this photo followed by a personal voice recording from lil' Lovell wishing me Happy CNY. Uber Duber cutsy de~
the recording went: "Happy New Year zeh zeh! Gong Xi Fa Chai, Wan Shi Ru Yi...... Qing Chun Mei Li!!!" ♥♥

Using Jaimie Oliver's Cook Book, i ventured to try making this.
"Asparagus wrapped with Bacon topped with Fried Garlic"
*supposed to be dipped with soft boiled eggs, however the eggs we cooked ended up being hard boiled*
my love for baked pasta have reached home~ this is made with shelled shape pasta, mozzerella cheese and cream of mushroom seafood campbell soup.
This was done just last Saturday
"Beef Fillet Pasta Bolognese"
*it was a huge success and I LOVED it*
on sunday i made mash potatoes with top quality US potatoes and was touched to bits cuz it was better than the last time i tried.. too bad no photo.. =X
since the above pasta has some left overs... today for dinner, i heated it up on a frying pan.. transfered it to a baking bowl.. added loads of Mozz cheese.. and BAKE!! TADAH! ♥♥
will be doing more home make cooking attempts soon.. cuz i just got my Jaime Oliver's 30 minute meals cook book... *slurpz*
