my wkend is spent busily as many ppl i knw seem to be hving their birthdays this month... one of them is none other than my daddie!! eventhou he irritates everyone alot.. we brought him to Ming Jiang (Goodwood park hotel) since he have nt tried the dim sums there..
below are some of the must haves when hving dim sum~

Signature Lobster Triology..from left to right.. Lobster Souffle, Lobster Salad and Lobster Custard.. Among the 3 i like the Souffle best.. the custard taste weird to me.. yet when a small boy at the next table ordered this.. he likes the custard one alot... and nt like the Souffle one... so.. i guess u peeps need to try it out urselves to see wad suits u...


Chilled Tiger Prawns.. this is super yummylicious.. i guess cuz i jus love prawns alot... especially fresh ones.. fyi.. they dun usually serve deshelled prawns.. it is only by request esp when my mum said tat i did nt bring my prawn peeler(my dad oops) and no one is gg to peel the prawns.. evil right.. oops =x


Kettle Soup.. this Main Dish is unusual as we get to choose from 2 set of ingredients and 4 different soup base.. its a nice try if u are curious.. but my mum n i agreed is nt really worth the price...


Fish & Chip Panko Crumped.. yum yum too... except the fries thou.. mm too thin n too plain.. i think i am spoilt by Carl's Jr's Thick fries... hee.. but i did ask them to change to mash potato for me thou... they didnt remember at first but manage to make it up by giving me a side mash.. as below..


Creamy Mustard Mash Potato... i like the creamy smoothness of this... u peeps shld try!


This was ordered last min when my mum felt like hving pasta.. and fyi they dun hv pasta... but they were nice to cook up an Oxtail pasta gluton free... taste pretty gd too...

I am impressed by their serivce.. wondering if it is due to the location their store is at... hee..gd try.. =D
