yep its none other than sweetie KRYSTINA!!!
Its her birthday and she is lucky enuff that i saw this recipe on TV the day before meeting her.. and so i made it for her.. the very first person to taste my creation ^_^
this is called : Fudgie Cashew Ring with Rasberries
and yes i even prepared candles.....

Before the cake is being displayed, we were introduced by Sweetie to this wonderful dinner..
Fish Steamboat, yums i would say.. thumbs up! with this cold weather lately this picture makes me feel that i did not drink enough of its soup..*slurpz*
we call this "Hay Cho" not sure the english translation but its yummy with sweet sauce

after dinner we tried to lid the candles but failed many many cuz the wind was really strong... when we finally get to light the one and only candle.. we jus make do with it.. keke and asked the birthday gurl to make her wishes~

its not only me being famous of stuffing friends full in a day.. sweetie has one great ability for that too.. and with yummilicious food!! ^_^
after our dinner... and Fudge, we were treated with TAU HUEY~
yes its truly silky and nice as ravely introduced.. even my mom agrees~
YUM! YUM!
The sweet couple (Yz and Krys) even bought me stitch cup with coaster for boxing day.. ♥♥♥

haha when typing this i feel that this seem to be a more appropriate name since i changed the recipe abit from original, therefore there is no official name for this... =)
